About

After many years of providing diverse therapy experiences, I am truly passionate about helping adults, couples and children to improve their relationships with self and other. I have a private practice dedicated to helping individuals and couples reach their highest emotional and cognitive potential.  I have been a practicing clinical social worker for 25 years, working in a variety of settings, including public and private mental health facilities, public and private school settings, working with adults, children and families. I received a BA from University of Massachusetts at Amherst, a MSW from The Catholic University of America, and a CAGS in Educational Leadership from Bridgewater State University. I am a licensed independent clinical social worker, certified school social worker, elementary and middle school guidance counselor, middle and high school principal, and a trauma-certified therapist, EMDR Levels I & II. Additional clinical experience with organizations and EAP’s providing employee psychotherapy, group process meetings, conflict resolution and restorative sessions with executive teams.   I have an expansive and eclectic training background and ongoing professional interest in attachment theory, archetypal psychology, childhood and single-event trauma, energy healing, chakras and nervous system functioning, Buddhism and psychotherapy, yoga, meditation and overall wellness and self-care.
